A Little About Me

As a newly married woman, it has become my mission in life to learn how to cook. Gone are the days of picking up sushi and ordering curries. In order to jump-start my education, I enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education's Fine Cooking I course where I learned the basics, from roasting to boiling to mousse-making (ok, maybe not that basic)! I've attempted to replicate some recipes - somewhat successfully- and create a few of my own. This blog is for friends and foodies and is intended to document my cooking adventures (and occasional fiascoes). Enjoy the pictures and bon appetite!

Signing Off For Now

Hello blog followers! As some of you may have noticed, it's been a while since I've done any cooking due to the fact that I'm pregnant with twins and about to pop any second now! It's become too difficult to cook, let alone stand on my own two feet without wanting to collapse after five minutes. While learning to cook was fun, I'm beginning a new adventure into mommy world. Needless to say, I'll probably have my hands full for a while, but hopefully I'll be back in the future with lots of new recipes and photos to share. Thanks for reading :)
